Guidelines for Chapter Sponsorship of State OHC Meetings

• Select meal from preset menu

•  

• Handle meal reservations

•  

• Notify Eagles of meal count one week prior to meeting

• Contact: Mike Williams (740-369-9983)

•  

• Collect cost of meal while registering on day of meeting

•  

• Pay Eagles for meals on day of meeting

• (NOTE: Cost of meeting room paid for by the State)

Handle registration on the day of meeting and give registration forms to State Secretary at meeting

Put information in the Corral for meal reservations and the contact person

Hosting Chapters may:

Add $1.00 to cost of meal

Conduct silent auctions

50-50 drawings

Drawings for door prizes

Sell raffle tickets for special chapter programs

Note : Other Chapters may set up information tables
